Rugiada is a table or floor lamp with a simple symmetrical design, just like the elements used in its creation: a sphere and a line. The perfect shape of the sphere creates the base while maintaining as much of the originality of the materials as possible: the exposed fibres of the heartwood, or the reflections of blown glass that carry images of the surroundings. The light fitting is an oblique shaft that is void of any unnecessary decorative element; it houses the light without overpowering it and creates a unique balance of shape, defining the space with elegant lightness.
